CIPS B2B Matchmaking is a platform that helps connect buyers and exhibitors. Before the exhibition, both parties can use "mutual selection" online to accurately match and position themselves for cooperation. This ultimately leads to face-to-face negotiations at CIPS to finalize their collaboration. The platform is designed to make the process of finding business partners more efficiently.

At CIPS, high-quality buyers who have traveled thousands of miles can enjoy the great opportunity to directly communicate with several exhibitors on a one-to-one basis. Only exhibitors have the privilege to book exclusive meeting times for one-to-one communication. Whether you deal in products related to cats, dogs, aquariums, reptiles, small pets, birds or any other category, you have the chance to meet buyers in person and discuss your enterprise and products face-to-face, leading to a mutually beneficial outcome.

CIPS event site features a special B2B matchmaking session area, and the event will span three days from November 13th to 15th. Please note that there will be no matching arrangements on the morning of the 13th. However, from the afternoon of the 13th to the 14th and 15th, there will be four sessions held each morning from 10:30-12:30 (Beijing time) and another four sessions each afternoon from 2:00-4:00 (Beijing time), with each session lasting 25 minutes.

Qualified buyers and CIPS exhibitors who have been approved by the organized committee can participate in the conference for free.

Rules

1. Register as a member and fill in the B2B information to join the event.
2. Within the specified time, CIPS exhibitors need to register and fill in the B2B information, and choose the time preference of overseas buyers.
3. Buyers will select exhibitors. The selected exhibitors will be matched successfully.
4. Before the exhibition, please pay attention to the B2B matching results and the conference time announced on the official event page.
5. Meet the enterprises that match successfully on time at the CIPS.
